Equitask

Putti designed and built Equitask, a horse and equine management app for iOS and Android. We delivered end to end UX and UI design and Flutter mobile development, covering daily feeds, event scheduling, individual horse profiles, contact management, photo galleries and ownership transfers, all in one easy to use app.

Equitask helps horse owners and enthusiasts manage the day to day care of their animals from a single mobile app. Instead of juggling notebooks, calendars and spreadsheets, owners keep feeds, appointments, contacts and records for every horse in one place.

How does Equitask manage daily feeds?

Equitask lets owners set up daily feeds for each horse, specifying quantities and products. Keeping a clear, repeatable feeding schedule supports each horse's health and nutrition and removes the guesswork from day to day care.

Keeping on top of events and reminders

Equitask gives owners one place to view upcoming events, reminders and booked services. Users set recurring reminders, assign specific horses and pets to each calendar entry, and receive notifications so important dates and appointments are never missed.

What is on a horse profile?

Every horse or pet on Equitask has a dedicated profile that holds its key information in one place, including general details, repeat events, services and a custom headshot. When ownership is transferred, the new owner automatically receives all of this information.

Contacts and galleries in one place

Equitask lets users import or add contacts from their phone, so friends, vets, farriers and service providers all sit in one organised list. The gallery organises and filters photos by individual horse, and a favourite photo can be set as the login screen background for a personal touch.

Simple, secure ownership transfers

Equitask makes transferring a horse straightforward. Owners hand over the full record, feeds, events, services and photos, in a single step, so the new owner starts with a complete history rather than a blank page. Owners can also invite others to view a horse's information, with privacy controls that keep sensitive data limited to authorised people.
