The Challenge
A franchise solution was needed to provide a unified customer experience across Best Western properties. Best Western needed a way to provide customers with one reservation experience across all 4,100 hotels. The solution included geo-search functionality, in-app rewards, and more for an iPhone and iPad universal app.
Our Approach
Putti had to map out multiple user journeys, given that Best Western is one of the largest hotel chains running on a franchise model. The app’s architecture became highly critical on top of the challenge of delivering a simple but sophisticated design across a vast library of properties.
The Outcome
For Best Western To Go, we were able to create an iPhone and iPad universal app. This mobile platform, which was delivered by requirements, allows users all over the world to access information at any time. Users can search our hotel database without leaving their current location, book reservations with a single click (and earn rewards points along the way), and share plans before they go so friends know exactly where you want them to explore next week during the vacation season. English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish are all supported.
