Founded in 2014 in Christchurch, New Zealand, Flatpack Global has revolutionized the way people think about flatpack products. While originating in furniture assembly, Flatpack has since expanded, providing services for kitchen installations and while operating out of five countries, the demand for their assembly service has never been greater.
Flatpack needed a comprehensive system solution where their franchises and technicians could efficiently manage everything from scheduling, invoices and quotes to messaging, client management and product information.
With a plethora of franchises operating out of five countries, Flatpack needed a system where they could effectively manage all levels of their team. We designed and built an intuitive scheduling system where everyone can easily view, edit, organise and create new jobs.
We built a complete messaging system inside of Toolkit which allowed communication from all levels of users. Franchises can quickly message internally within their team and with the implementation of a client portal they can contact customers directly.
